History

How TAMMA Was Formed

Since 2010, TAMMA has come together to look for the best mixed martial artists in Toronto, and we have gone to numerous gyms and hosted tournaments. Through the best gyms coming into our tournaments, such as MMA GTA, Toronto Top Team, Horizon Martial Arts, Primal MMA and many more, we have built a beautiful community where we give these fighters credit for the hard work they put in day in and day out. Unfortunately,

Amateur MMA isn't looked at as respectably as Professional MMA, but the talent is there, and they put in a lot of work. Not everyone can be a pro, but the passion to pursue MMA is there for everyone and that's where we come in to introduce the best fighters in the city of Toronto. It is such a joy, and excitement when seeing your hard work place you at the top of the rankings, and that's the joy we aim for. The Rankings are regularly updated, mainly on tournament results and regular visits to Gyms to test a fighter's ability.
